Dimples - Paper mache sculpture

I didn't get a chance to post the project I did prior to the monkey. I have all the photos and I would like to keep a record for myself so I figured I should do it now.

"Dimples" is a paper mache sculpture based on Dolly Dimples, a famous fat lady in the circus during the 30s and 40s.

I basically followed the directions given by Jonni Good on her website ultimatepapermache.com 

 

• STEP #1 I started out with a cardboard 16" model and then bent it into the position I wanted. I taped wire to it so it would hold its shape.
